Power will be off for approximately 45 minutes on Wednesday, October 26, 2011, from 12:00 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. to allow WEC to energize the new East Montpelier Substation. All members who will be affected for the full 45 minutes were mailed a post card. Some members will only be affected for 1 - 3 minutes. These members received a telephone call.
