Billing Cycle

Energy bills are mailed on or about the 10^th day of each month. Seasonal customers are billed semi-annually, in May and November. Payment is due within thirty (30) days of the mailing date. A bill that remains unpaid after that time becomes delinquent, and the account becomes subject to collection and disconnection procedures in accordance with Vermont Public Service Board rules and regulations.
